What We Offer
Basic Rental

DetailsIncludes initial consultation & planning, tables & chairs, restroom, staff available to handle purchases (tea, coffee, books, etc.), store closed to the public for your private event.
A 50% deposit is due at booking. Fees (include any setup and tear-down time):
1-15 people - $50/hour
16-25 people - $75/hour
Any decorations must be set up and taken down by the host of the event.
No adhesive besides painter’s tape may be placed on the walls, windows, or bookcases.
No nails or screws may be used to hang decorations.
Full-Service Rental

16-25 people - $125/hour
